Standard product orders are typically delivered within 15-25 business days. OEM customization projects generally require 30-45 business days, depending on the level of customization. New ODM projects (including mold development) take approximately 60-90 business days. Actual delivery timelines are subject to the terms of the contract.
Our products are certified by international standards including CE, FCC, RoHS, and REACH. Medical devices support NMPA registration. We can assist with specific certifications for target markets upon request, such as Japan's PSE or Korea's KC.
All products come with a 12-month standard warranty covering hardware failures not caused by human error. Free repair or replacement is provided during the warranty period. Extended warranty options are also available and can be customized to meet your needs.
Sample testing is supported. For standard products, you can request samples directly; they are typically shipped within 3 business days. For custom products, a sample must be produced after confirming the customization plan, which takes approximately 7-15 business days.
